◎追記◎
撥水性ストレッチ生地の面を表にして、
小雨で20分程度走行してみました。

生地に吸水してしまうものの、ボア側に沁みてくることはありませんでした！(保温はされてるように感じました)
が、やはりカッパは着た方が良さそうです😅
バイクに乗らない時の着用なら良さそう◎
